Look and Feel

 

The settings below will allow you to adjust the "look and feel" of your profile page. You can set the background music, background image, colors and other layout settings.

Pre-made Layouts

If you would like to save time by browsing our gallery of pre-made layouts: click here
Just browse through the profiles in the gallery and click the "Use This Layout" button on a profile with a layout you'd like to use.

Basic Settings
Music (mp3) :
Enter the location of an MP3 file you would like to play in the background of your profile. Note: This must be the web address of an MP3 file that has been uploaded somewhere, not the location of a file on your own computer. Example: http://www.my-website.com/my-song.mp3
Background Image:
Enter the location of an image that you would like to display as a background for your profile. As above, this must be a web address. Example: http://www.my-website.com/my-background.gif
Background Type:

Should the background image be tiled (a pattern) or should it be centered (a single image)?
Picture Gallery:

With picture gallery set to 'On' your uploaded pictures will be shown on a separate gallery page that is linked from your profile page. This way your profile page will be less cluttered.
Text Size:

What size should your profile text be? This will affect both links and regular text.
Fonts:

What font styles would you like to use?
Example: Verdana, Arial, Courier
Table Borders:

Would you like for there to be borders separating the sections of your profile?
Image borders:

Would you like for there to be colored borders around linked images (thumbnails)?
Heading Justification:

How would you like to justify the text in the heading bars (About Me, Likes, Dislikes, etc.)?
Share:
Would you like to share your profile layout with others?

Colors

Use the yellow "pallette" icons below to choose colors for the various elements of your profile. As you choose your colors, the color codes will automatically be filled into the blanks. If you already know the color codes you want, you may enter those directly into the blanks instead of using the pallettes. Entering color names (less than eight characters long) will also work.

Flavor:

By choosing a 'Flavor' and clicking 'Fill In', you can automatically fill out the color values below to a general scheme without having to pick out each individual color on your own. This is a good way to get started with a general theme. You can later tweak the colors to suit your taste.

Background:
Choose the background color of your page.
Regular Text:
Choose the color of most of the text in your profile.
Links:
Choose the color of the links in your profile.
Link Hovers:
Choose the color that links will change to when you hover your cursor over them.
Visited Links:
Choose the color that links will be after they have already been clicked.
Outer Table Border:
Choose the color of the outer line of your profile.
Inner Table Border:
Choose the color of the inner line of your profile.
Heading Bars:
Choose the color of the bars that head the sections of your profile (About me, Likes, Dislikes...).
Heading Text:
Choose the color of the text inside the header bars.
Scrollbar:
Choose the main color of your scrollbar.
Scrollbar Highlight:
Choose a bright color to highlight your scrollbar.
Scrollbar Shadow:
Choose a darker color to shade your scrollbar.
Scrollbar Track:
Choose the color of the track your scrollbar slides on.
Scrollbar Arrow:
Choose the color of the little arrows at the top and bottom of your scrollbar.
Table Background:
Choose the background color that will appear behind the text of your profile. Leave this blank if you wish your tables to be transparent (for example, if you have a background image that you want to show through).

Custom CSS

In this section, you may add your own CSS code to further customize the look of your profile. This is optional; if you're not sure what to do here it is better to skip this section.

Warning: This is not the place to enter pictures, banners, quizzes or anything other than plain CSS. Entering anything other than valid CSS code here may cause your profile to lock up.
