I DON'T TRAINWRECK.
I want to be your wide open sky,
and your limitless possibility.
I'm selfish, goofy, jealous, too kind, too loud, shy, and wishful.
My standards are too high. I overthink a lot. I'm learning and growing up too fast.
The funny thing is, people still get me wrong,
but I will not prove myself to anyone; I'm turning heads and breaking necks.
I am only human, just like anyone else.
I will not call myself perfect when I have flaws. I will not say my life is perfect when it's chaotic.
I have ambitions, and I'm sticking to them.
There are many things I want to do but don't know how to start. I'm comfortable with that.
I'm so sick of clouded thoughts, and brains, and fingers without a purpose.
I've simply got too many thoughts that are all jostling around for space inside my head,
and it gets so loud and busy in there from time to time that I can barely hold my head up straight.
But I'll keep on dreamin' and keep on thinkin'.
I've just got to keep on keepin' on. Maybe time's just suspended.
I haven't found that place where the grass feels good between my toes and the sun flashes just right in my eyes; but I will someday.
I don't dwell on the past but I'm worried about the future. My future.
I'm not concerned about what I don't have, I'm concerned about what's within my grasp.
But I firmly believe that the entire world is at the tip of my fingers,
and maybe, just maybe, this is exactly the way things are supposed to be.
My heart's on my sleeve and my head's in the clouds.
And I wouldn't want it any other way.
I believe it's the little things that count.
