SilencedPunk | i read the first three dexter books but the turn he made with them i thought was crap, with the series i watched the first 2, the first season i waited expectantly for the bitch cop lady to be killed but what the fuck he killed his borther instead, which turned me off of it and the second season i watched from boredom and found it worse. but yes there is always that with the classics the special few were taken from here there and when and the crap is gone, with stuff written these days its all teen drama, vampires, magic, and group sex with a sprikling of the overdone rake stealing but seducing. which goes along with the whole remaking every single movie that has ever been made thing, i fear we are truley becoming a world of recyclers, reusing everything before so many times until it becomes pure garbage. SilencedPunk | hehe i did enjoy dorian grey, i will have to admit i do have a leaning towards authors who are no longer living, i dont seem to quite agree with the current spirit of the times as far as literature goes, most of it is crap it seems and then more crappier crap comes from that, i can say though that i dislike anything under the category of urban fiction, i know i gave it a chance once, its all the same and it all sucks.
