slay the shadows of your lies
old betrayals laced with madness
feed the darkness in my eyes
conquered dreams like broken wishes
only vanish from my grace

so now this demon of your mind
a twisted soldier of your hate
the lust for vengeance burns a silent
empty shell this hollow state
