Staff of groups cannot delete threads of other staff ranks the same or higher than that staff member trying to delete said thread. You can only delete your own or threads of members ranks lower than yourself. If you're staff you can still lock a thread but you cannot delete it unless your founder. Also, founders cannot delete other founder ranks member's threads. Just like group founder ranked members cannot remove or demote other founder ranked members.
